The AmeriVap 10KW Industrial Steam Cleaner,
is our powerful yet compact mid-sized model.
This portable
industrial steam
cleaner produces dry (5% moisture)
hot (212°
at the tip) steam that is
strong enough to kill pathogenic bacteria,
while safe enough to be used on electrical
parts and robotic components.
Like all of AmeriVap’s ’
Xtreme Steam industrial units, the 10KW
cleans and sanitizes without toxic chemicals
and uses a
fraction of the water of conventional
cleaning methods
like
pressure washing (quarts per hour rather
than gallons per minute.).
Unlike conventional methods
AmeriVap's dry steam cleaners are able to
penetrate any surface and hard to reach area
with pathogen killing temperatures and
little or no water.
In fact, these units
introduce about as much moisture as a mop
and bucket into a facility. This is
especially important when cleaning sensitive
control panels or other electronic
equipment, or in facilities like production
bakeries, where excess water is not wanted.
Xtreme Steam
cleaners have internal boilers that heat
water under pressure to 365-390°
Fahrenheit. This results in water
particulate size reduction down to .0006
microns. This means that the steam being
emitted is able to penetrate the pores of
stainless steel and other surfaces, and
dries almost instantaneously. In addition,
because of the size of the boilers on these
machines, and available water line hook-ups,
these units are able to produce culinary
grade steam around the clock.

10KW industrial units are ASME certified –
required in the US and Mexico.
