If the other industrial steam cleaners in the Xtreme Steam line are xtreme, the 40KW-80KW models are, well, xtremer. These “big boys” of the Xtreme Steam line produce much larger volumes of steam than the smaller industrial steam cleaner models.  Now removing and killing biofilms, killing listeria monocytogenes, and cleaning stubborn items like aluminum diamond flooring can be done with no chemicals and very little water.

Larger volumes of steam are important for very large facilities and  might be necessary for those production facilities using one of the Houdini conveyor belt cleaners.

While these larger units provide more steam volume, they do not produce any different temperatures or deliver a higher psi than our smaller Xtreme Steam units like the 20KW. This is why it is important to contact us to see what type of industrial steam cleaner your facility needs. 

While these AmeriVap 40-80KW models produce vast amounts of dry vapor, they do not use or produce vast amounts of water or waste water.  These large units use drastically less water than conventional methods like high heat pressure washers, and unlike a dry ice blaster, never run out of expensive fuel.  Also, though large, the AmeriVap Xtreme Steam industrial steam cleaners are remarkably energy efficient. 

So, let’s keep score:  they save water and electricity, anything else?  Yes.  Our dry vapor cleaners deliver hot dry steam at pathogen killing temperatures while using zero chemicals.  Green cleaning that makes dollars and sense.

All Xtreme Steam 40-80KW industrial units are ASME certified – required in the US and Mexico.  What does this mean?  This means the Xtreme Steam 20KW is built to last, with redundant control manifolds and a boiler that weighs about 3 times that of imitations.
