Industrial Steam Cleaners

All of AmeriVap’s Xtreme Steam industrial steam cleaners produce very dry, hot steam (5% moisture, 212 degrees at the tip) that clean and sanitize without chemicals and use a fraction of the water of conventional cleaning methods like pressure washing.  And, unlike cleaning methods like dry ice blasting, Xtreme Steam cleaners require no fancy fuels, just water.

Most of the Xtreme Steam industrial units are available in multiple voltage configurations of a 3-phase power source. With multiple attachments including the Houdini automatic conveyor cleaner, these machines are truly multi-use tools.

Wrappers, slicers, dicers, scales, sensors, rollers, feeders, electrical control panels, robots, and even drains become microorganism free without the use of harsh, contaminating chemicals. Our American made industrial steam cleaners are fully portable and ASME certified. Using only quarts of water per hour, AmeriVap’s Xtreme steam units introduce about as much moisture as a mop and bucket into a facility.

This is especially important when cleaning sensitive control panels or other electronic equipment, or in facilities like production bakeries, where excess water is not wanted.
