A portable steam cleaning machine specifically designed to clean and sanitize plastic mesh and wire conveyor belts.

Cleaning mesh type conveyor belts is difficult and time consuming.  It is particularly difficult in dry bakery environments, where debris collects in the gaps of the belt.  The Houdini Jet System has been specifically designed to clean the belt in situ.  Powerful jets blast deep into the intricate mesh structure, dislodging the accumulated debris and sanitizing with super-heated steam (365°F).

The Houdini Jet System is a low maintenance unit and is constructed in corrosion resistant and easy to clean materials.  It is powered by the AmeriVap Xtreme Steam Generators, delivering 150 psi continuously.
