The Houdini Brush System has been specifically designed as a portable system to clean and sanitize continuous plastic belts in-situ.  Steam blasts the belt surface breaking down the debris, sanitizing as it passes through the machine.  A rotating brush and powerful vacuum removes the debris and dries the belt surface.

The Houdini Brush System is an economical heavy duty machine in a portable and adjustable package.  The same machine can be used to clean a range of belt sizes.  Set-up is simple and quick.

The Houdini Brush System is a low maintenance unit and is constructed in corrosion resistant and easy to clean FDA approved materials.  The Houdini Brush System is fed by AmeriVap Xtreme Steam generator capable of delivering up to 150 psi (265° F).  The Houdini Brush System can be supplied with or without brushes.
