Houdini Brush System

The Houdini Brush System has been specifically designed as a portable solution to clean and sanitize continuous plastic and vinyl conveyor belts in their working position (in-situ). Dry steam vapor blasts the belt surface breaking down debris and sanitizing as it passes through the machine. A rotating brush and powerful vacuum removes the debris and dries the belt surface leaving behind a clean and sanitized work area.

Our conveyor belt cleaning system is an economical and eco-friendly heavy-duty machine with a quick and simple setup that can be used to service a wide range of conveyor belt sizes. It is a low maintenance, easy to clean unit constructed with corrosion resistant and FDA approved materials. The Houdini Brush System is powered by an AmeriVap Xtreme Steam generator capable of delivering up to 150 psi (265° F) and can be supplied with or without brushes.

The specifications below are based on the Houdini Brush System cleaning head and do not include the Xtreme Steam generator. Customized units are available, please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
